Marking a quarter-century in Delhi NCR, Divyansh Group has handed over 5.7 million sq ft of homes and is building a further 4.4 million sq ft across Ghaziabad and Noida.
A quarter-century after its founding, Divyansh Group has established itself as a consistent name in Delhi NCR residential real estate. The company, which began operations in 2001, has grown project by project across markets like Ghaziabad and Noida, staying focused on homes for mid and upper mid-income families.
To date, the group has delivered upwards of 5.7 million square feet, with a further 4.4 million square feet in active construction. Over the coming three years it expects to complete more than 2,200 additional homes, taking its portfolio up by close to 44 lakh square feet. An in-house team exceeding 500 members handles construction, design and buyer support end to end.
Reflecting on the milestone, Chairman Mr. Chanderjeet Pathak observed that longevity in construction teaches you that delivering a project correctly matters far more than making it look impressive. That discipline — realistic schedules, dependable quality and no gap between promise and possession — remains the group's operating principle.
Divyansh Group now plans to widen its NCR footprint further, backed by a pipeline of upcoming residential developments.
