Divyansh Group has achieved delivery of 5.7 million sq ft of residential space in Delhi NCR over 25 years, with a further 4.4 million sq ft underway.
Divyansh Group has reached a delivery milestone of 5.7 million square feet of residential space across Delhi NCR, marking 25 years of operation since its 2001 founding. The developer has built its presence in markets such as Ghaziabad and Noida, focusing on homes for mid and upper mid-income families.
On top of what has been delivered, 4.4 million square feet is currently under construction, with more than 2,200 homes scheduled for handover over the next three years — nearly 44 lakh square feet of fresh supply. A team of over 500 professionals oversees construction, planning and customer support.
Chairman Mr. Chanderjeet Pathak noted that the group's strength lies in getting the fundamentals right: honest timelines, consistent quality and delivering exactly what buyers were promised. With buyers better informed today, the priority remains homes built to endure.
The company intends to expand its NCR footprint further while maintaining its delivery track record in a price-sensitive segment.
