Divyansh Group caps 25 years in Delhi NCR with 5.7 million sq ft delivered, 4.4 million sq ft under construction and 2,200+ homes ahead.
Divyansh Group is marking 25 years in Delhi NCR real estate with a cumulative delivery of 5.7 million square feet of residential space. The developer, in operation since 2001, has focused its growth on Ghaziabad, Noida and nearby NCR markets, building homes for mid and upper mid-income buyers.
A further 4.4 million square feet is under construction, and the group plans to complete more than 2,200 homes over three years — an addition of nearly 44 lakh square feet. Its 500-strong team keeps construction, planning and buyer support in-house.
According to Chairman Mr. Chanderjeet Pathak, the group has built its reputation by getting the basics consistently right: realistic timelines, reliable quality and honouring every commitment made to buyers. As buyer awareness rises, the group is doubling down on long-lasting, well-executed homes.
The company is targeting further NCR growth while sustaining its delivery record in a competitive market.
