Divyansh Group is planning an INR 300 crore high-rise housing project in Hapur — the city's first with Mivan technology and G+27 towers.
Divyansh Group has laid out plans for an INR 300 crore high-rise housing project in Hapur, marking both its entry into the city and Hapur's first high-rise built on Mivan technology.
Mivan construction improves durability and speeds up build timelines. Sitting in the affordable-luxury segment, the G+27 towers will be among the city's tallest and will offer 3 BHK apartments of 1,880 and 2,065 sq ft alongside 4 BHK residences of 2,435 sq ft.
Chairman Mr. Chanderjeet Pathak said the project aims to set a new benchmark for high-rise living in Hapur as demand grows for quality homes combining modern construction with lifestyle amenities.
The company has delivered over 5.7 million square feet, has 4.4 million square feet under construction, and plans more than 2,200 homes over the next three years, backed by a 500-plus team.
