Divyansh Group has quietly completed 25 years in the Delhi NCR housing market, a run defined less by fanfare than by steady, on-time delivery. Set up in 2001, the developer has expanded across core NCR pockets such as Ghaziabad and Noida, concentrating on residential projects aimed at mid and upper mid-income buyers.
The numbers tell the story of its scale: over 5.7 million square feet already delivered, another 4.4 million square feet currently being built, and a plan to hand over more than 2,200 homes in the next three years — roughly 44 lakh square feet of additional supply. A team of over 500 people spanning construction, planning and customer functions keeps execution tightly managed.
Chairman Mr. Chanderjeet Pathak said that after this long in the business, the real test of a project is not its scale but whether it is delivered the way it was promised. Keeping timelines honest, holding quality steady and giving buyers exactly what they signed up for, he noted, is what will continue to guide the group as it grows.
With fresh launches on the horizon, Divyansh Group intends to deepen its NCR presence while holding its ground in a competitive, price-conscious market.
