Divyansh Group will invest INR 300 crore to build Hapur's first Mivan-based high-rise residential project, stepping into a new market with a modern, amenity-led community.
Mivan construction technology — a first for Hapur through this development — enhances structural quality and durability while accelerating delivery. Within the affordable-luxury segment, the G+27 towers will offer 3 BHK apartments of 1,880 and 2,065 sq ft and 4 BHK residences of 2,435 sq ft.
The company, founded in 2001, has built its presence in NCR's residential housing space with a focus on group housing across markets like Ghaziabad and Noida. So far it has delivered six residential projects and several standalone builder-floor buildings.
Chairman Mr. Chanderjeet Pathak said the group aims to set a new standard for high-rise living in Hapur, with the adoption of Mivan technology underscoring its commitment to quality and long-term value. Group-wide, it has delivered 5.7 million square feet with 4.4 million square feet under construction.
