Divyansh Group will invest Rs 3 billion in Hapur's first Mivan-built high-rise — G+27 towers with spacious 3 and 4 BHK homes in the affordable-luxury segment.
Divyansh Group has committed Rs 3 billion (INR 300 crore) to develop a premium residential project in Hapur, marking its debut in the city's real estate market. The development introduces a modern high-rise community with contemporary living spaces and premium amenities.
It will be the first project in Hapur to use Mivan construction technology, valued for improving structural quality and durability while accelerating build timelines. Pitched within the affordable-luxury bracket, the project features G+27 towers — among the tallest residential structures in the city — offering 3 BHK units of 1,880 and 2,065 sq ft and 4 BHK homes of 2,435 sq ft.
Chairman Mr. Chanderjeet Pathak said Hapur is transforming, with rising demand for quality homes that pair modern construction standards with lifestyle amenities. The group, he said, aims to set a new benchmark for high-rise living in the city, with Mivan technology reinforcing its commitment to quality and timely delivery.
Group-wide, Divyansh has delivered over 5.7 million square feet, has 4.4 million square feet under construction and plans more than 2,200 homes over three years, supported by a 500-plus team and steady 25–30 per cent annual growth.
