Divyansh Group's 25-year run in Delhi NCR is anchored by 5.7 million sq ft delivered, 4.4 million sq ft under construction and a 500-strong execution team.
Divyansh Group has passed the 25-year mark in Delhi NCR's construction and housing space, a milestone reached through steady execution rather than aggressive expansion. Established in 2001, the developer has concentrated on residential projects across NCR hubs such as Ghaziabad and Noida, catering primarily to mid and upper mid-income buyers.
In terms of scale, the company has completed over 5.7 million square feet of development and has another 4.4 million square feet under construction. It plans to deliver more than 2,200 homes over the next three years, adding close to 44 lakh square feet to its portfolio. A workforce of over 500 people across construction, planning and customer support underpins its delivery.
Chairman Mr. Chanderjeet Pathak said the years have taught him that a project's success lies in how well it is delivered, not how large it appears. The group's approach — realistic timelines, steady quality and honouring commitments to buyers — will remain unchanged as it grows.
With more launches expected, Divyansh Group aims to strengthen its NCR presence while sustaining timely delivery in a price-sensitive market.
