As it completes 25 years, Divyansh Group is scaling up — 4.4 million sq ft now under construction on top of 5.7 million sq ft already delivered in NCR.
Divyansh Group has completed 25 years in NCR's housing sector and is entering its next phase with an expanded construction pipeline. The developer, founded in 2001, has focused on group housing across Ghaziabad, Noida and adjacent NCR markets serving mid and upper mid-income buyers.
Having already delivered over 5.7 million square feet, the company now has 4.4 million square feet under active construction and plans more than 2,200 homes over the next three years — an addition of close to 44 lakh square feet. Its 500-plus-member team keeps execution closely controlled, a factor the group credits for consistent delivery.
Chairman Mr. Chanderjeet Pathak said that what ultimately matters is whether a project is delivered the right way, not how big it looks. Realistic timelines, dependable quality and keeping promises to buyers remain central to how the group operates.
With additional launches planned, Divyansh Group is looking to grow further across NCR while holding firm on delivery in a competitive market.
