Divyansh Group has unveiled a ₹300 crore residential project in Hapur, entering the city's market with its first Mivan-based high-rise development.
The use of Mivan construction technology — a first for Hapur — improves durability and quickens delivery timelines. In the affordable-luxury segment, the G+27 towers will offer 3 BHK apartments of 1,880 and 2,065 sq ft and 4 BHK residences of 2,435 sq ft, aimed at buyers seeking larger, well-designed homes.
Chairman Mr. Chanderjeet Pathak said Hapur's rising demand for quality homes with lifestyle amenities gives the group a chance to redefine high-rise living in the city, with Mivan technology reflecting its focus on quality and on-time delivery.
The developer has completed over 5.7 million square feet, has 4.4 million square feet under construction, and expects to deliver more than 2,200 homes over the next three years.
