Divyansh Group Hits 5.7 Million Sq Ft in Delhi NCR Residential Deliveries

With 5.7 million sq ft delivered and 4.4 million sq ft under construction, Divyansh Group marks 25 years of residential development in Delhi NCR.

Delhi NCR developer Divyansh Group has recorded 5.7 million square feet of completed residential deliveries as it marks 25 years in the sector. Since starting out in 2001, the company has grown across Ghaziabad, Noida and surrounding NCR markets with projects aimed at mid and upper mid-income homebuyers.

The group currently has 4.4 million square feet under construction and plans to deliver over 2,200 homes in the next three years, expanding its portfolio by close to 44 lakh square feet. More than 500 people work across its construction, planning and customer teams.

Chairman Mr. Chanderjeet Pathak said the group's long run comes down to delivering projects the right way — realistic schedules, steady quality and no daylight between what is promised and what is handed over. That approach, he said, will carry into its next phase of growth.

Divyansh Group plans continued expansion within NCR alongside its focus on timely delivery.
