Divyansh Group's ₹300 crore Hapur high-rise will be the city's first Mivan-technology project, featuring G+27 towers with 3 and 4 BHK apartments.
Divyansh Group is putting ₹300 crore into a high-rise residential project in Hapur — its first venture in the city and one set to reshape a market long dominated by low-rise housing.
The project will be Hapur's first built using Mivan construction technology, which improves durability and speeds up delivery. Sitting in the affordable-luxury segment, the G+27 towers will offer 3 BHK apartments of 1,880 and 2,065 sq ft and 4 BHK residences of 2,435 sq ft, aimed at buyers wanting larger, better-planned homes.
Chairman Mr. Chanderjeet Pathak said demand in Hapur is shifting towards quality homes that combine modern construction with lifestyle amenities, and that the group intends to set a new standard for high-rise living there. The use of Mivan technology, he added, reflects its focus on quality and on-time delivery.
The developer has completed 5.7 million square feet to date, has another 4.4 million square feet under construction, and has grown 25–30 per cent year-on-year with a team of over 500 people.
