Trust, in real estate, is earned slowly. Divyansh Group's 25-year journey in Delhi NCR has been built on exactly that — a record of doing what it said it would. Founded in 2001, the developer has steadily grown across Ghaziabad, Noida and neighbouring NCR markets, serving mid and upper mid-income homebuyers.
Its portfolio now stands at more than 5.7 million square feet delivered, with 4.4 million square feet under construction and over 2,200 homes lined up for delivery in the next three years. Behind this sits a team of 500-plus professionals across construction, planning and customer-facing roles.
Chairman Mr. Chanderjeet Pathak, who started out on project sites, said the group has always prioritised the fundamentals: realistic timelines, consistent quality and delivering precisely what buyers were promised. With a more informed buyer today, he added, the focus stays on building homes made to last.
The group plans to expand further within NCR while maintaining its emphasis on timely handovers in a highly competitive market.
