Divyansh Group has completed 5.7 million sq ft of residential space in Delhi NCR over 25 years, backed by a 4.4 million sq ft construction pipeline.
Divyansh Group has completed more than 5.7 million square feet of residential space across Delhi NCR, a milestone that coincides with 25 years in the sector. Founded in 2001, the developer has built its footprint across Ghaziabad, Noida and adjacent markets, focusing on mid and upper mid-income housing.
The group has 4.4 million square feet under construction and intends to deliver over 2,200 homes in the next three years, adding close to 44 lakh square feet. More than 500 professionals across construction, planning and customer functions support delivery.
Chairman Mr. Chanderjeet Pathak said that a project's real measure is whether it is delivered the right way. The group's focus on realistic timelines, steady quality and keeping its word to buyers will continue to shape its work as it scales.
The company is positioning for further NCR expansion while maintaining its emphasis on timely, dependable delivery.
