Divyansh Group is making its Hapur debut with a ₹300 crore high-rise residential project, introducing a modern community to a city where low-rise housing has been the norm.
Notably, it will be Hapur's first project built with Mivan construction technology — a system that boosts durability and quickens construction. In the affordable-luxury bracket, the G+27 towers will house 3 BHK apartments of 1,880 and 2,065 sq ft and 4 BHK residences of 2,435 sq ft.
Chairman Mr. Chanderjeet Pathak said Hapur's evolving demand for quality homes with lifestyle amenities gives the group a chance to redefine high-rise living in the city, with Mivan technology reinforcing its quality and delivery commitments.
The developer has delivered more than 5.7 million square feet, has 4.4 million square feet under construction, and plans over 2,200 homes across the next three years.
