Divyansh Group's ₹300 crore Hapur project brings Mivan technology and G+27 high-rise living to the city for the first time.
Divyansh Group has announced a ₹300 crore investment in a new housing project in Hapur, stepping into the city's market with a modern high-rise development.
The project will be the first in Hapur to be built using Mivan construction technology, which enhances structural strength and shortens construction timelines. Within the affordable-luxury segment, its G+27 towers will offer 3 BHK apartments of 1,880 and 2,065 sq ft and 4 BHK homes of 2,435 sq ft.
Chairman Mr. Chanderjeet Pathak said that with demand in Hapur moving towards quality, amenity-rich homes, the group aims to establish a new standard for high-rise living, backed by the quality and delivery advantages of Mivan technology.
The company has completed over 5.7 million square feet, has 4.4 million square feet under construction and has maintained roughly 25–30 per cent annual growth, with more than 4,795 families having taken possession across its projects.
