Divyansh Group's cumulative delivery has crossed 5.7 million sq ft of residential space across Delhi NCR, with 4.4 million sq ft more taking shape.
Divyansh Group has crossed a significant delivery benchmark — more than 5.7 million square feet of residential space handed over across Delhi NCR since it began operations in 2001. The figure reflects 25 years of focused work in markets like Ghaziabad and Noida, aimed at mid and upper mid-income homebuyers.
Alongside what is already delivered, the developer has 4.4 million square feet under construction and expects to complete over 2,200 homes across the next three years, adding roughly 44 lakh square feet to its books. A team exceeding 500 people manages construction, planning and customer engagement.
Chairman Mr. Chanderjeet Pathak said the emphasis has always been on doing the basics right — keeping schedules realistic, maintaining quality and ensuring buyers receive what they were promised. As the market matures and buyers grow more discerning, that focus on durable, well-built homes continues.
The group is positioning for further growth within NCR, supported by an active pipeline of residential developments.
