Divyansh Group has surpassed 5.7 million sq ft of housing delivery in Delhi NCR across 25 years, with 4.4 million sq ft still in build-out.
Twenty-five years after it was founded, Divyansh Group has surpassed 5.7 million square feet of residential delivery across Delhi NCR. Operating since 2001, the developer has concentrated on group housing in markets such as Ghaziabad and Noida, serving mid and upper mid-income homebuyers.
The group is building another 4.4 million square feet and expects to deliver over 2,200 homes across the next three years, adding roughly 44 lakh square feet to its portfolio. A team of more than 500 people manages the full cycle from construction and planning to customer support.
Chairman Mr. Chanderjeet Pathak said the group's durability rests on doing the fundamentals well — realistic delivery timelines, consistent build quality and matching every promise with the finished home. That discipline, he said, becomes even more important as buyers grow more informed.
Divyansh Group plans to expand further within NCR while keeping delivery timelines at the centre of its approach.
